About In Stitches Comedy Club
What You Need To Know About In Stitches Comedy Club​.

In Stitches Comedy formally known as Stitches Comedy Club started in 2018 in, as a monthly Thursday open mic Stand Up show at The Square Ball Dublin, a free comedy event in a small room with a capacity of around 25people max in the heart of Dublin. We relocated in 2019 to Crowbar, The Button Factory, Temple Bar Dublin. After two weeks of shows the whole world went into lockdown and that was the end of our Sunday shows.
We opened back up in 2021 in a new venue The Workmans Cellar for a brand new weekly comedy event on Mondays, Tuesdays at the International Bar and Wednesdays at Cassidy on Westmoreland Street. After two years of running threes shows in three different venues in Dublin, In Stitches Comedy decided to moved to its final home at Peadar Kearney's Pub in Temple Bar, Dublin Ireland.

In Stitches Comedy Club is now the home of Irish comedy and Ireland's only seven nights a week comedy venue, with local Irish and International comedians performing on our stage every night of the week. Witness the brand new faces in Irish comedy to more established famous comedians that guarantee to leave you In Stitches.​​

Stand Up On The Spot
International Bar - Upstairs
Stand Up On The Spot on Tuesdays is a comedy experience like no other, a comedy night with two halves. 1st half is straight stand up and in the 2nd half the audience write suggestions on papers and the comedians make jokes from the suggestions. There is no other comedy gigs in Dublin like this.

What time is the show on?Doors open 30min before show time, which is written on your ticket. We encourage customers to arrive 15min before show time to be seated.

Where is the show on?In Stitches Comedy Club operates in two venues. Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday's Saturday's Sunday's at Peadar Kearney's Pub - Cellar (64 Dame St, Temple Bar, Dublin, D02 RT72) Tuesdays at International Bar - Upstairs (23 Wicklow St, Dublin, D02 VH59) Last Thursday of every month at Wright Café & Bar - The Bird Cage (The Plaza, Malahide Rd, Townparks, Swords, Co. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?Tragically there's no lift within the building, in any case we are cheerful to assist any individual get down the stairs in case this suits you. We will too make beyond any doubt that there will be suitable space within the scene for your needs.
